Hotel Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made with Namo Ayodhya Ji Palace  referred to as we, By making a reservation, you  Guest agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.


1. Standard Cancellation Policy and Eligibility

1.1. Standard Refund Window Guests are eligible for a full refund of their booking payment, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees, if they cancel their reservation at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. The standard check-in time is 9AM on . For example, for a reservation with a check-in on Friday at 9:00AM, a cancellation must be made by 4:00 AM on the preceding .

1.2. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made through the original booking channel.

  • Bookings made directly on our website or by phone: Contact our reservations team at 9835910053 or email us at contact@namoaayodhyajiplace.com. Please have your reservation confirmation number ready.

  • Bookings made through third-party travel agencies (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.): You must cancel directly with the third-party agency. The Hotel cannot process refunds for these bookings. Your refund will be subject to the policies of that third-party agency.


2. Non-Refundable Bookings and Special Rates

2.1. Non-Refundable Rates Certain promotional or discounted rates, clearly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to, changes in travel plans, personal emergencies, or unforeseen events. The full payment for these bookings will be retained by the Hotel.

2.2. Special Event Periods Bookings made during special events, holidays, or peak seasons (e.g., Durgapuja) may be subject to a stricter cancellation policy. This policy will be clearly stated during the booking process. Typically, cancellations for these periods must be made 2 days in advance to be eligible for a refund.


3. Early Departures

If a guest checks out before their scheduled departure date, the Hotel will not issue a refund for the unused nights. This applies regardless of the reason for the early departure, including but not limited to personal emergencies, medical issues, or changes in travel plans.


4. No-Shows

If a guest fails to arrive by the check-out time on the day following their scheduled arrival date and has not contacted the Hotel to inform us of a late arrival, the booking will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, the entire reservation will be canceled, and the full booking amount will be forfeited. No refund will be issued.


5. Refund Processing

5.1. Refund Method Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that same card.

5.2. Processing Time Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed by our accounting department. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


6. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

6.1. Definition In the event that the Hotel is unable to fulfill a reservation due to “Force Majeure,” which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, government orders, power outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control, the Hotel will make every effort to reschedule the booking or issue a full refund.

6.2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations The Hotel is not obligated to provide a refund for guest-initiated cancellations due to unforeseen personal events (e.g., illness, flight cancellations) that do not directly affect the Hotel’s ability to operate. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against such circumstances.


7. Refund Disputes

Any disputes regarding a refund must be submitted in writing to info@namoaayodhyajiplace.com within 9835910053 days of the scheduled departure date. Please include your reservation number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
